# Privacy Policy

AmpDura Inc. ("AmpDura", "we", "us") is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Houston, Texas, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit ampdura.com (the "Site"), contact us, or do business with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. #### 1.  Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through the Site is AmpDura Inc., Houston, Texas, United States ([privacy@ampdura.com](mailto:privacy@ampdura.com)). Where an AmpDura group company contracts with you directly, that company is the controller for the data it processes under the contract, and this Policy applies to it as well.

#### 2.  What we collect

- Contact and inquiry data — name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, country, the content of your message and, where you provide them, details of your project (site name, location, sector and power requirement), when you use a contact form, request a proposal or email us.
- Business relationship data — contact details of client, supplier and partner representatives, contract and correspondence records, and the identity and screening information we must collect before contracting (see Section 4).
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and time of visit, collected automatically by our web server and, with your consent, by analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy). Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes technical data about your browser and interaction to distinguish people from automated traffic; Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Recruitment data — your CV and the information you provide when you apply for a role with us.

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We do not collect sensitive (special-category) data through the Site.

#### 3.  Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use personal data to answer your enquiry and prepare proposals; to perform and manage contracts with clients, suppliers and partners; to comply with the law, including sanctions and anti-corruption screening, tax, accounting and audit; to run, secure and improve the Site; to send you information about AmpDura services related to your enquiry or existing relationship with us, from which you can opt out at any time; to assess job applications; and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

For visitors protected by the GDPR or UK GDPR, our legal bases are: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before one (Art. 6(1)(b)); compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)); our legitimate interests in running our business, responding to enquiries, preventing bribery, sanctions breaches and fraud, and keeping the Site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)); and your consent for analytics and marketing cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

#### 4.  Sanctions and anti-corruption screening

AmpDura is a US company and applies US and international sanctions, export-control and anti-corruption law across its group. Before contracting with a client, supplier, agent or partner, we screen the company and the individuals who own, control or represent it against government sanctions and watch lists and, where warranted, conduct integrity due diligence. This may involve collecting identification documents and ownership information. Our Anti-Corruption and Business Conduct Statement describes this in more detail.

#### 5.  Cookies

The Site uses strictly necessary cookies to work and — only if you agree — functional, analytics and marketing cookies. Our [Cookie Policy](https://www.ampdura.com/cookie-policy?hsLang=en) explains them and how to change your choice at any time.

#### 6.  Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with AmpDura group companies; with service providers that host the Site, provide our email, customer-relationship, analytics and IT tools, or advise us, each bound by contract to protect your data and use it only for us; with screening and due-diligence providers for the checks in Section 4; with banks, insurers, lenders and auditors where a transaction requires it; with authorities, courts and regulators where the law requires or permits it; and with a buyer or successor if AmpDura or part of its business is sold or reorganized.

#### 7.  International transfers

AmpDura is based in the United States, so data you give us from Europe or elsewhere is processed in the United States and may be processed in other countries where AmpDura group companies or our service providers operate. For data protected by the GDPR or UK GDPR we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms — the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum) or a provider's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

#### 8.  Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; to have it corrected or deleted; to restrict or object to our processing, including direct marketing at any time; to receive the data you gave us in a portable format; to withdraw consent where we rely on it; to opt out of targeted advertising and of any sale of personal data (we do neither without consent); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email [privacy@ampdura.com](mailto:privacy@ampdura.com). We will verify your identity and respond within one month (45 days under US state law), or tell you if we need more time. You may appeal our decision by replying to our response. Visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may also complain to their national data-protection authority. Texas residents may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.

#### 9.  How long we keep data

| Recruitment data — unsuccessful candidates | 12 months after the decision, unless you ask us to keep your profile |

#### 10.  Security

We protect personal data with measures appropriate to its sensitivity: encrypted connections to the Site (HTTPS), access controls and multi-factor authentication on our systems, contractual obligations on providers and staff instructions on handling data. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will inform you and the competent authorities as the law requires.

#### 11.  Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites, including LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this Policy.
